5 Simple Wellness Practices You Can Do At Home

  2. 4-7-8 breathing. This is great for fending off chronic stress. All you have to do is breath in for 4 seconds, hold it for 7, then exhale for 8 seconds. It can help with anxiety, hypertension, migraines, asthma, fatigue and stress management.
  3. A manuka honey mask. As you may know very well, when your skin doesn’t look its best, it can affect your whole day. Apply a thin layer of manuka honey to your face and leave it one for 10 minutes, before washing it off with warm water. It has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial qualities. And, yes, regular honey will provide weaker, yet similar benefits.
