Here’s a detox drink you can use to cleanse your body and quickly rejuvenate yourself.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tall glass of warm water
- Optional: 2 teaspoons healthy sweetener, such as xylitol or erythritol
Mix, and serve.
