Are You Bathing In The Forest?

This idea always amuses me. Forest bathing! Don’t worry, it involves keeping all of your clothes on. Hehe. It’s the Japanese idea that when we go to the forest, we bathe in nature. In fact, we don’t have to go to a forest to enjoy the benefits. They include lower stress hormones, healthier inflammation levels, and even a better immune system. Overall, I recommend forest bathing 100%, for everyone. Get out to the park, the beach, the woods, or a field to bathe in nature daily.
