Every food that isn’t healing is taking up space. Filling your tummy with unhealthy fats, refined crud.
Replace them with a freshly prepared meal. Base it on vegetables. Okay, that’s a food type. But it should take up half of your plate. Then simply add some grass-fed beef, wild-caught salmon, organic chicken, or turkey. And… Enjoy your meal knowing it’s doing your body so much good.
