Dr. Tuchinsky literally helped me reclaim my health and life! For so long I have been struggling with my weight and overall well being. I have known for so long that something wasn’t right, but doctor after doctor always told me the same thing...”Reduce calories and increase exercise“. But I was doing these things and eating clean and still could not lose any weight and it seemed like everything I ate I was sensitive to. Dr. Tuchinsky has changed my life. I lived with an undiagnosed autoimmune disease most of my life that left me with so many of the following issues: debilitating fatigue, infertility, digestive issues, muscle and joint pain, insomnia, and anxiety. I've been going to Dr. Tuchinsky for 2 1/2 months and have felt amazingly better, both physically and mentally. I was experiencing low energy, brain fog and pain and inflammation in my joints. After committing to the protocol as instructed, including supplements and diet changes, I feel improvement in my memory, the pain in my joints is almost completely gone and I have my energy back completely...plus some. I’ve had issues for over 15 years as well as Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. My normal fasting blood sugar has been between 140 to 165 (not good) no matter what diet I tried and no matter how much exercise I got. I’ve been feeling sluggish and depressed. I started Dr. Tuchinsky’s program almost 4 weeks ago and my fasting blood sugar has plummeted to between 96 to 103 after just the first week.
