Many people suffer from sleep deprivation. And it can trigger weight gain, low energy and depressive moods. Did you know?
Sleep deprivation is the build-up of insufficient sleep. It’s not getting enough total sleep. It doesn’t sound too wonderful, does it? I want you to have restful, peaceful and optimum sleep in every way. So here’s my sleep tip for you:
Protect your biological clock, brain and the natural rhythms that keep your sleep sound by lowering the sources of blue light in your world.
They come from sunlight, LED bulbs, screens, and lightboxes for seasonal defective syndrome. To block their negative effects, wear blue slight glasses for 2-3 hours before bed. They’re just yellow or amber-tinted glasses. Put your devices away early. Get out in the sunlight during the day. And consider changing your light bulbs to red, warm lights.
