Dr. Tuchinsky literally helped me reclaim my health and life! For so long I have been struggling with my weight and overall well being. I have known for so long that something wasn’t right, but doctor after doctor always told me the same thing...”Reduce calories and increase exercise“. But I was doing these things and eating clean and still could not lose any weight and it seemed like everything I ate I was sensitive to. My inflammation was so high, I was feeling sick or tired most of the time, my body felt like it was shutting down on me, and I felt like nothing I could do would make a difference.

As a result of Dr. Tuchinsky’s program I have lost enough weight that I no longer feel the need for back surgery. Dr. Tuchinsky has changed my life. I lived with an undiagnosed autoimmune disease most of my life that left me with so many of the following issues: debilitating fatigue, infertility, digestive issues, muscle and joint pain, insomnia, and anxiety. I had a lot of health concerns and brought them to my primary care physician who kept telling me my numbers were in normal ranges and I didn't need to worry about anything. However, my symptoms kept getting worse and I was becoming very depressed. I’ve had issues for over 15 years as well as Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. My normal fasting blood sugar has been between 140 to 165 (not good) no matter what diet I tried and no matter how much exercise I got. I’ve been feeling sluggish and depressed. I started Dr. Tuchinsky’s program almost 4 weeks ago and my fasting blood sugar has plummeted to between 96 to 103 after just the first week.
