Dr. Tuchinsky literally helped me reclaim my health and life! For so long I have been struggling with my weight and overall well being. I have known for so long that something wasn’t right, but doctor after doctor always told me the same thing...”Reduce calories and increase exercise“. But I was doing these things and eating clean and still could not lose any weight and it seemed like everything I ate I was sensitive to. I had a lot of health concerns and brought them to my primary care physician who kept telling me my numbers were in normal ranges and I didn't need to worry about anything. However, my symptoms kept getting worse and I was becoming very depressed. My face was puffy, my joints ached like I ran a marathon every day, my energy was depleted, I had so much brain fog, my stomach hurt, I had digestive issues and just felt like complete crap . I’ve had issues for over 15 years as well as Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. My normal fasting blood sugar has been between 140 to 165 (not good) no matter what diet I tried and no matter how much exercise I got. I’ve been feeling sluggish and depressed. I started Dr. Tuchinsky’s program almost 4 weeks ago and my fasting blood sugar has plummeted to between 96 to 103 after just the first week.
