Ever Had Invert Sugar?

Hello! Invert sugar is a soluble form of sugar that easily dissolves in liquids. It is used to sweeten beverages and other food products like candies. So is invert sugar on my list of recommended sugars? Certainly not. Instead, try monk fruit, xylitol, erythritol and stevia.
