Ever Had Invert Sugar?

Hello! Invert sugar is a soluble form of sugar that easily dissolves in liquids. It is used to sweeten beverages and other food products like candies. At the end of the day, though, it’s still sugar and many of us are dealing with sugar addiction and health problems caused by eating processed foods that contain sugar. So is invert sugar on my list of recommended sugars? Certainly not. Instead, try monk fruit, xylitol, erythritol and stevia.
