Is your head often bent forward so you can look at your phone, another device, or even your children or grandchildren? If so, you could be at risk of health issues like chronic fatigue, asthma, and most obviously, neck strain! It can also affect your mood, memory, stress levels, behavior, pain levels, and immune system. Yikes!!
To counteract all that looking down, you can do yoga and/or general exercise in an upright position. But if you’re in pain, be sure to see your doctor, and you might like to see a chiropractor for an adjustment.
