Since seeing Dr. Tuchinsky, my life has changed. I have energy, I've lost 18 pounds, my skin is clearer and I just feel better. My kids notice that mama is happier ☺️. Before seeing Dr. T, I went to many specialists with my extreme fatigue, digestive issues, brain fog, body pain, and unexplained weight gain (to name a few symptoms). I was given no answers and was told that there was nothing wrong. I'm so glad I persisted and found Florida functional medicine! It has changed my life and it's only been a couple of months! I was referred to The Florida Center for Functional Medicine by my neurosurgeon. At first I was skeptical, but I decided to go ahead and follow through. I am glad I did. As a result of Dr. Tuchinsky’s program I have lost enough weight that I no longer feel the need for back surgery. Additionally, the amount of medicine I need for blood pressure control has been reduced and I no longer have to take shots to control my blood sugar.

Dr. Tuchinsky has changed my life. I lived with an undiagnosed autoimmune disease most of my life that left me with so many of the following issues: debilitating fatigue, infertility, digestive issues, muscle and joint pain, insomnia, and anxiety. I had a lot of health concerns and brought them to my primary care physician who kept telling me my numbers were in normal ranges and I didn't need to worry about anything. However, my symptoms kept getting worse and I was becoming very depressed. My face was puffy, my joints ached like I ran a marathon every day, my energy was depleted, I had so much brain fog, my stomach hurt, I had digestive issues and just felt like complete crap . I've been going to Dr. Tuchinsky for 2 1/2 months and have felt amazingly better, both physically and mentally. I was experiencing low energy, brain fog and pain and inflammation in my joints. I’ve had issues for over 15 years as well as Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. My normal fasting blood sugar has been between 140 to 165 (not good) no matter what diet I tried and no matter how much exercise I got. I’ve been feeling sluggish and depressed. I started Dr. Tuchinsky’s program almost 4 weeks ago and my fasting blood sugar has plummeted to between 96 to 103 after just the first week. I can’t wait to get my A1C checked in a couple of months because I know I will be getting positive results! I was originally very skeptical however desperate for help.
