I usually recommend that you lose weight slowly. However, the tips I give to my patients for long-term weight loss often provide quick results anyway! Please just be sure to take a long-term view and aim to prevent yo-yoing your way to worse health and a heavier body.
- Drop the fast food and processed stuff. It’s gotta go for the fastest results. Fill up on whole foods instead. Don’t go hungry, whatever you do.
- Cut out all sugar with stevia, xylitol or erythritol.
- Eliminate all refined grains. Eat fruits and veggies instead. For flour, choose coconut flour or almond flour.
- Add in greens, seeds, coconut oil and high-quality proteins such as grass-fed beef, organic chicken, free-range eggs and wild-caught salmon.
