How To Lose Weight Quickly

I usually recommend that you lose weight slowly. However, the tips I give to my patients for long-term weight loss often provide quick results anyway! Please just be sure to take a long-term view and aim to prevent yo-yoing your way to worse health and a heavier body.

  1. Drop the fast food and processed stuff. It’s gotta go for the fastest results. Fill up on whole foods instead. Don’t go hungry, whatever you do.
  2. Cut out all sugar with stevia, xylitol or erythritol. 
  3. Eliminate all refined grains. Eat fruits and veggies instead. For flour, choose coconut flour or almond flour.
  4. Add in greens, seeds, coconut oil and high-quality proteins such as grass-fed beef, organic chicken, free-range eggs and wild-caught salmon.
