The more oxygen and blood flow you get to your organs, the better it will feel and the healthier you’ll be. Yet sometimes you just can’t get outdoors.
If you have permission from your physician, there’s no reason why this should prevent you from enjoying a little light exercise indoors!

They get onto YouTube and walk a whole mile without damaging their joints or feeling overwhelmed by the complexity of the workout. Try typing in “1-mile happy walk”.
