Dr. Tuchinsky literally helped me reclaim my health and life! For so long I have been struggling with my weight and overall well being. I have known for so long that something wasn’t right, but doctor after doctor always told me the same thing...”Reduce calories and increase exercise“. But I was doing these things and eating clean and still could not lose any weight and it seemed like everything I ate I was sensitive to. My inflammation was so high, I was feeling sick or tired most of the time, my body felt like it was shutting down on me, and I felt like nothing I could do would make a difference.

I was referred to The Florida Center for Functional Medicine by my neurosurgeon. At first I was skeptical, but I decided to go ahead and follow through. I am glad I did. As a result of Dr. Tuchinsky’s program I have lost enough weight that I no longer feel the need for back surgery. Dr. Tuchinsky has changed my life. I lived with an undiagnosed autoimmune disease most of my life that left me with so many of the following issues: debilitating fatigue, infertility, digestive issues, muscle and joint pain, insomnia, and anxiety. I had a lot of health concerns and brought them to my primary care physician who kept telling me my numbers were in normal ranges and I didn't need to worry about anything. However, my symptoms kept getting worse and I was becoming very depressed. My face was puffy, my joints ached like I ran a marathon every day, my energy was depleted, I had so much brain fog, my stomach hurt, I had digestive issues and just felt like complete crap .
