Since seeing Dr. Tuchinsky, my life has changed. I have energy, I've lost 18 pounds, my skin is clearer and I just feel better. My kids notice that mama is happier ☺️. Before seeing Dr. T, I went to many specialists with my extreme fatigue, digestive issues, brain fog, body pain, and unexplained weight gain (to name a few symptoms). I came to Dr. T about 3.5 months ago and I was a hot mess medically. I was diagnosed with 2 auto immune disorders.... fibro 15 yrs ago and just recently hashimotos. My thyroid went wacky and started to attack my body. I was lethargic, overweight, body pain constantly, nails peeling, very bad mood swings, headaches, joint pain with swelling. Dr. Tuchinsky has changed my life. I lived with an undiagnosed autoimmune disease most of my life that left me with so many of the following issues: debilitating fatigue, infertility, digestive issues, muscle and joint pain, insomnia, and anxiety. I had a lot of health concerns and brought them to my primary care physician who kept telling me my numbers were in normal ranges and I didn't need to worry about anything. However, my symptoms kept getting worse and I was becoming very depressed. My face was puffy, my joints ached like I ran a marathon every day, my energy was depleted, I had so much brain fog, my stomach hurt, I had digestive issues and just felt like complete crap . I’ve had issues for over 15 years as well as Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. My normal fasting blood sugar has been between 140 to 165 (not good) no matter what diet I tried and no matter how much exercise I got. I’ve been feeling sluggish and depressed. I started Dr. Tuchinsky’s program almost 4 weeks ago and my fasting blood sugar has plummeted to between 96 to 103 after just the first week. I can’t wait to get my A1C checked in a couple of months because I know I will be getting positive results! I was originally very skeptical however desperate for help.
