Since seeing Dr. Tuchinsky, my life has changed. I have energy, I've lost 18 pounds, my skin is clearer and I just feel better. My kids notice that mama is happier ☺️. Before seeing Dr. T, I went to many specialists with my extreme fatigue, digestive issues, brain fog, body pain, and unexplained weight gain (to name a few symptoms). I was given no answers and was told that there was nothing wrong. I'm so glad I persisted and found Florida functional medicine! It has changed my life and it's only been a couple of months! I was referred to The Florida Center for Functional Medicine by my neurosurgeon. At first I was skeptical, but I decided to go ahead and follow through. I am glad I did. As a result of Dr. Tuchinsky’s program I have lost enough weight that I no longer feel the need for back surgery. Additionally, the amount of medicine I need for blood pressure control has been reduced and I no longer have to take shots to control my blood sugar.

I had a lot of health concerns and brought them to my primary care physician who kept telling me my numbers were in normal ranges and I didn't need to worry about anything. However, my symptoms kept getting worse and I was becoming very depressed. My face was puffy, my joints ached like I ran a marathon every day, my energy was depleted, I had so much brain fog, my stomach hurt, I had digestive issues and just felt like complete crap . I’ve had issues for over 15 years as well as Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. My normal fasting blood sugar has been between 140 to 165 (not good) no matter what diet I tried and no matter how much exercise I got. I’ve been feeling sluggish and depressed. I started Dr. Tuchinsky’s program almost 4 weeks ago and my fasting blood sugar has plummeted to between 96 to 103 after just the first week.
