Dr. Tuchinsky literally helped me reclaim my health and life! For so long I have been struggling with my weight and overall well being. I have known for so long that something wasn’t right, but doctor after doctor always told me the same thing...”Reduce calories and increase exercise“. But I was doing these things and eating clean and still could not lose any weight and it seemed like everything I ate I was sensitive to. My inflammation was so high, I was feeling sick or tired most of the time, my body felt like it was shutting down on me, and I felt like nothing I could do would make a difference.

As a result of Dr. Tuchinsky’s program I have lost enough weight that I no longer feel the need for back surgery. Dr. Tuchinsky has changed my life. I lived with an undiagnosed autoimmune disease most of my life that left me with so many of the following issues: debilitating fatigue, infertility, digestive issues, muscle and joint pain, insomnia, and anxiety. I've been going to Dr. Tuchinsky for 2 1/2 months and have felt amazingly better, both physically and mentally. I was experiencing low energy, brain fog and pain and inflammation in my joints. I am a proud patient of Dr. Tuchinsky’s in St. Augustine. I came to him because my memory was getting worse and worse. This was scary for me because I was in my 30’s.
