Many skin issues are tricky to treat using popular methods. Not because they are stubborn or deep-rooted. You can treat them with simple changes.
How? By going back to the root cause. As always, the root cause saves the day because it clears the actual problem, not just what you see on the surface. Skin issues are a message from within!
Here’s how you can use this idea in your own life right away:
Increase your water intake. It must be filtered (more on that soon). As an absolute minimum, you should be drinking what your body needs to function. To work that out, take your body weight in pounds and divide that by 2. That’s the number of ounces of water to drink per day.
