The cure for procrastination is motivation. And to get motivated, you need to know your “why.”
Why are you even thinking about that thing you’ve been procrastinating over?
And why is that important to you? Take your why three levels up. Think about your answer to each why question and then ask yourself why you came up with that answer.
Once you know your big why, you’ll automatically feel more motivated. Next, split your task into mini-tasks, and, simply get started on the first one!
