The Symptoms Of Lactose Intolerance

Lactose is found in milk, whey, curds, milk by-products, dry milk solids, non-fat dry milk powder and, well, lactose. So if you see any of those things on an ingredient list and you react to that food, it’s possible that you might be lactose intolerant.

Watch out for: stomach bloating, stomach pain or cramping, nausea and vomiting, headaches or migraines, acne, diarrhea and gas.
