Here are some examples of a type of plant pigment that have antiviral properties:
1. Kaempferol: Found in spinach, dill and cabbage
2. Quercetin: Found in onion, dill, oregano, apples, broccoli and leafy greens
3. Catechins and epicatechin gallate: Found in green tea
Try adding these foods to your menu for this week. Add a little sea salt to bring out their flavor.
