In the same way that supportive relationships can keep your health in better shape, stressful relationships have been proven to make you less healthy!
So my advice today is short, but I want you to really take it in. I know it can feel impossible to get out of a toxic relationship. But you must absolutely do it. Find an excuse and leave. This applies to any relationship that drains you of physical or emotional energy. Any relationship that makes you feel bad about yourself. Any relationship that involves giving and not receiving in return. Those that don’t make you feel accepted for who you are. Those that scare you, or make you feel unsafe in any way. And those that make you feel isolate you.
Go and find people who love and care for you as you deserve.
